This is my favorite place for functional training in Vilnius and one of my favorites in the world. I visit movement or functional training places anywhere I travel which I do often in US, Europe and Asia. Movement lab has superb coaching in a bright, well equipped and clean space. People and coaches were very friendly. I loved the small group training. The owner Andrius knew exactly how much to challenge me, without exhausting me. I really look forward to coming back next time I am in Vilnius.
